Bite in the night: police must arrive with service dog – pub night ends in cell

In late saturday evening, several people were slightly injured in front of a pub in the center of lichtenfels, when a 29-year-old from kronach first bobbed around, insulted guests and then threatened to throw punches. The police report from lichtenfels states that the man from kronach bit a 38-year-old man several times.

Even in front of his brother, three years younger, who wanted to intervene to mediate, the hitter did not stop and inflicted him several minor injuries, such as burs and scratches. A 42-year-old suffered a fracture of the nasal bone. Only when the police arrived with several patrols and a service dog was the situation brought under control.

The aggressive man and his brother, who in the meantime also posed a danger to the public, had to be taken to the police station in lichtenfels and calmed down separately. Both were visibly under the influence of alcohol at around 2 per mille.

In the course of sunday, several more people came forward who were beaten or roughly touched by the older of the two brothers. Investigations were launched for several bodily injury offenses, threats and insults.
